Green LEAFt has been established on 1st of May 2022 by its founder Mr. Kazadayev, who has been working in maritime industry and project sea transportation for decades. 

Starting as a crew member onboard of multipurpose project heavylift ships, he sailed all over the world in different ranks including Chief Officer position and was responsible for the entire voyage planning, navigational watchkeeping, daily operations and management, such as: crew, ship, cargo and supplies handling, environmental compliance, safe and secure passaging, stowage and stability calculations, etc. 

During onboard career days Mr Kazadayev was in command of heavylift operations and even driving the ship’s crane himself during the loading and the discharge of heavylift cargo – making him to understand the processes from inside out.

Afterwards he joined the shore based maritime chartering and commercial teams at the companies such as BBC Chartering, Peter Döhle Schiffahrts and G2Ocean where he held various broker, managerial and senior managerial positions. There he has performed different duties including:

a) Leading the RFQ process for Projects, mainly related to Renewable Energy and Power & Water sectors, including various Capital Projects:

– working in close cooperation with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental department of the mother company,

– preparation and the collecting of the appropriate documentation,

– selection of the ship types and subcontractors,

– coordination of the ship’s intakes with the outsourced port captain service and the Master of the ship,

– checking the voyage restrictions such as physical, political, and economical,

– checking the costs including the DA’s, stevedoring, lashing/securing/welding, etc;

b) Commercial management and chartering of the MPP and bulker fleet;

c) Leading and coordination role within the team;

d) Processing of tender businesses, internal reporting: personal follow up from the tender stage till the fulfillment of the contract;

e) Acquisition and negotiation of project and cargo contracts, completion of charterparties/booking notes;

f) Developing and performing COA business;

g) Developing and performing the SPOT market strategies and the philosophy of the cargoparceling;

h) Disposition of shipping space in the project, heavy lift, and bulk market;

i) Time-Chartering In of tonnage from other owners, Time-Chartering Out of tonnage to other owners;

j) Personal support of Key Accounts, worldwide traveling (Americas, Europe, Asia) for thecustomer’s support and sales purposes of the mother company;

k) Preparation of management board reports on MPP market and trade statistics;

l) Competitive brokerage in different shipping sectors:

– commodity transport of breakbulk, heavylift, bulk, LNG,

– tonnage procurement,

m) Participation in strategic enhancements of the company MPP shipping services;

n) Calculation and optimization of the vessel results, budget planning;

o) Interdepartmental coordination of Sales and Operations relating to vessel’s operations;

p) Jointly responsible for establishing internal structure and processes in the company withcontinuous improvement.

He has accomplished number of professional educations, holding Master of Maritime Law degree and studied Executive MBA by Kellogg-WHU global program.
